Follow this step-by-step guide to submit an appeal for your suspended app:
Step 1: Go to Appeal Form on Play Console Help page and fill out the form
1. Go to http://drive.google.com/
2. Click '+ New' button and select File Upload
3. Select your app's APK file from your filesystem
4. Once uploaded click 'insert_link' button on top of page to copy a link to your APK
I had this application, dsfa, for some time on Google Play.
When I found out that the app violates your Device and Network Abuse Policy and I started looking for a solution.
But, unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to make appropriate updates due to the fact that my third-party developer gave me incorrect and confusing information about app code. I was actively looking for a solution from another party, but as I found the one - when code connected with detected violation was deleted, it was too late. As a result, I got the email notice about app suspension. I failed to ask for an extension of time before the deadline passed.
