Troubleshooting: Completing the Advertising ID Declaration Form

All apps aligned with Android 13 (API level 33) require disclosing the use of Advertising ID. It means that now while publishing or updating apps you would need to complete the Advertising ID Declaration Form. Here's how: 

1. First, you need to locate Declaration form. If you already uploaded AAB, you will see the prompt to complete the declaration on the Preview screen:
   
   
   
2. If you already completed the form previously and you need to make changes, you can locate it in App content -> Actioned -> Advertising ID:
   
   
   
3. Complete the declaration form exactly as following, selecting "Yes" and "Advertising or marketing" options:
   
   
   
4. Save changes, then go the Publishing overview to send your update for review:
   

   
   Done!

   Your app with the Advertising ID declaration is now pending review and will soon be live on Google Play.
